i)that the appeal be and hereby is allowed.

ii)that the order of conviction and sentence imposed upon the appellant/accused namely M.Silamban in S.C.No. 37 of 2010 dated 26.4.2013 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Sivagangai be and hereby is set aside.

iii)that the Appellant/sole accused namely M.Silamban, be and hereby isacquitted of the all charges against him. iv)that the appellant/sole accused namely Silamban be and hereby is directed to be released forthwith unless his presence is required in connection with any other case or proceedings.
