The learned Additional Government Pleader and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor forwarded the copy of G.O.(D).No.50, dated 09.03.2023, in Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare (PA1) Department, by which, the Government had sanctioned a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards compensation under the Victims Assistance Fund to the petitioner herein. 2.This Court place its deep appreciation to Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader Mr.R.M.Sethuraman, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for taking efforts to process of the particular Government order. Nothing survives for adjudication.
