DECREE:- This Appeal coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Lower Court, and the record in the Case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.Prabhakaran, Advocate for the Appellant and the respondents herein not appearing in person or by Advocate and this Court while disposing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal doth Order and Decree as follows:- 1)That the award of the Tribunal in MCOP.No.6 of 2013 dated 19/2/2014 is upheld
2) That the appellant shall deposit the entire award amount within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment less amount, if any already deposited;
3) That on such deposit, the respondents herein/Claimants shall be paid their respective portion of the amount, less amount, if any, already withdrawn; and
