This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the impugned order dated 31.10.2019 passed in E.P.No.47 of 2013 in O.S.No.680 of 2003 on the file of the learned First Additional District Munsif Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that main E.P.No.47 of 2013 in O.S.No.680 of 2003 itself was disposed on 14.02.2020 by delivering the suit scheduled property to the decree holder. Hence, the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survives and thus the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
