Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned tentative provisional selection list published on 12.10.2018 for direct recruitment of special teachers for the year 2012-2016 published by the 1st respondent pursuant to the notification No.05/2017 dated 26.07.2017 in so far as not selecting the petitioner in the post of Drawing Teacher in the category of BCW(T) or BCGT and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to select the petitioner and appoint her in the post of Drawing Teacher. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that as against the order of the writ Court they have preferred a writ appeal in W.A.(MD).No.1060 of 2020, which is pending before the Division Bench of this Court. While that being so, it would not be appropriate to parrallelly adjudicate the writ petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout her remedy subject to the final out come of the writ appeal.
