ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner, who is the landlord, has also filed another petition for eviction against the same tenant in R.C.O.P.No.5 of 2014 and got possession of the property pursuant to the order in execution petition filed in E.P.No.7 of 2017. It is in the said circumstances, the learned Counsel for petitioner submitted that the revision petition may be dismissed as not pressed. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the submission as well as the endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
