To call for the entire records pertaining to the order made in Letter (P) No.584/N.Ne.1/2015 dated 21.09.2015 issued by the 1st respondent and set aside the same and pass such further or other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone delay of 409 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Even though the delay is on the higher side, to meet the ends of justice, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred Only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.

4. After making payment, the Registry is directed to list the matter for admission on 27.11.2017 if the papers are otherwise in order.
