No.1501/2016 by effecting the newspaper publication in any one of the issues of Tamil Daily circulated to the last known permanent address of the 2nd respondent herein. To set aside the order of notice dated 15.10.2014 made in E.A.No.225 of 2014 in E.P.No.78 of 2003 in R.C.O.P.No.27 of 1992 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Kumbakonam by allowing the above CRP.
