(Judgment of this Court was delivered by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) It is represented that as on the date of conviction on 30.07.2014, the appellant was taken into custody and during the period of incarceration she died on account of illness on 11.11.2016 and a copy of the death certificate issued by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Magisterial Level, Tiruvallur is produced and the prosecution has also filed a memo dated 22.11.2016 to that effect.
