2. The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the main Appeal itself was dismissed for default on 08.08.2016 and the same has not been restored.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and the same stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. As and when the appeal is restored, the parties can always work out their remedy in accordance with law.
