"This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been listed today under the caption ''for extension of time''.

2.This Court, by judgment dated 08.11.2017, disposed of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, directing the learned Trial Judge to dispose of O.S.No.19 of 2015 on or before 30.04.2018. 3.Already, this Court, by order dated 26.04.2018, has granted three months time based on the request made by the learned Principal District Judge, Theni. Now, the learned Principal District Judge, Theni, vide his Letter in D.No.5962, dated 24.08.2018, requested further two months time to dispose of the said suit.

4.Considering the reasons stated in the Letter dated 24.08.2018, the learned Principal District Judge, Theni, is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to dispose of the said suit, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
