Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.248 of 2017, dated 14.12.2017, before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that if two months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the second respondent before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.

3. The above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.
