2. Mr.R.Sethuraman, Learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.B.Jamelarasu, learned standing counsel entered appearance for R3.

3.This Writ Petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing respondents from in anyway allowing to establish TASMAC shop at Theni Kumili main road, in between Indian Overseas Bank and Crescent Theatre lane at Cumbum, Theni District on the basis of his representation dated 01.02.2018. 4.Recording the submission of Mr.R.Sethuraman, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 & R2 and Mr.B.Jamelarasu, learned standing counsel for R3, who inform orally that as on date, there is no proposal to put up a TASMAC shop at the place, where petitioner apprehends that the same may be put up, this petition shall stand dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach this Court when need arises. Of course, at such stage, this Court would deal with the matter solely on merits. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.is closed.
