JUDGMENT

The respondents were tried in S.C.No.348 of 2011 on the file of the Sessions Judge (Mahila Court), Tirunelveli, for the various offences. Vide Judgment dated 19.10.2012, they were acquitted. Challenging the same, the defacto complainant has filed this appeal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.When the appeal came up for hearing, I suggested that the parties can amicably resolve the issue. This was because, the

contesting parties have gone their separate ways. The appellant had graciously accepted the suggestion of this Court. Accordingly, she is not pressing this appeal.
