ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order passed in I.A.No.270 of 2012 in O.S.No.98 of 2001, dated 06.08.2012 on the file of the Sub Court, Pudukkottai.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has closed the suit in O.S.No.98 of 2001 on 28.01.2020.

3. In such view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
