ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- These Petitions are filed to condone the delay of 183 days in filing the above appeal.
2.Though notice was served on the respondents and their names are printed in the cause list and there is no representation for the respondents either in person or through counsel. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 183 days is condoned and the Petitions are ordered on payment of cost of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) each to the Rojavanam Homeless & Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this Petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
