2. The petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2019, for the offences under Section 392 of I.P.C., in Crime No.445 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police. Hence, he seeks bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.287 of 2020 point out that there are other cases registered against the petitioner and they are of the same nature. Hence, I am not inclined to grant any relief and the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
