Challenge in this Civil Revision Petition is to the order of the lower Appellate Court made in I.A.No.11 of 2011 in A.S.No.23 of 2010 seeking appointment of a new Advocate Commissioner or to reissue warrant to the previous Commissioner with a direction to inspect the suit property along with a qualified Surveyor and file a report. It is now stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the main appeal in A.S.No.23 of 2010 itself has been dismissed. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
