C.R.P(MD)Nos.2534 and 2535 of 2010 COMMON ORDER These civil revision petitions have been preferred against the award, dated 12.02.2009, passed in M.C.O.P.Nos.608 and 760 of 2003, by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/Third Additional Sub Court, Tiruchirappalli.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.N.Murugesan, learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly state that in connected civil miscellaneous appeals in C.M.A(MD)Nos.263 to 265 of 2012, this Court, vide Judgment, dated 29.08.2018, has affirmed the liability fixed on the petitioner.
3.In the light of the above submission, both the civil revision petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
