Respondents/Respondents/Petitioner/Plaintiff Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, against the Order and Decreetal order dated 27/06/2011 made in C.M.A.No. 15 of 2010 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Karur reversing the Order and Decreetal Order dated 15.04.2010 made in I.A.No. 94 of 2009 in O.S.No. 572 of 2009 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Karur.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption "For Extension of Time", and upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court dated 11/01/2021 and a Letter submitted by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Aravakurichi, in D.No.1053, dated 16.09.2021, seeking further extension of six month to dispose the case and this Court made the following order: The matter is placed before this court on the letter received from the court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the Original Suit involved in this civil revision petition.

2. Considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this court feels it appropriate to extend the time by six months and accordingly, it is extended by six months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
