ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.SELVAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.SIDDHARTHAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- It is stated that the decree is one of specific performance and if the same is allowed to be executed pending appeal, the appellant will suffer irreparable loss. The order of interim stay of execution of sale deed alone, granted on 20.01.2020, is made absolute. 2.Considering the fact that the appeal was filed in the year 2016 itself, Registry is directed to post the appeal for final disposal on 30.03.2020.
