None appears for the petitioner. The revision was dismissed for non payment of batta by order dated 05.06.2014. Thereafter, upon application it was restored on 07.08.2020. A note by the Registry shows that again batta is not being paid for service of notice on the respondent. It is clear that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the revision. Therefore, the revision is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
