ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's Appeal, dated 10.09.2019, within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage.

3.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is sought for by the petitioner in this petition, without going into the merits of the petitioner's appeal, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction.

(i)The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's Appeal dated 10.09.2019 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
