Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2.The petitioner states that Arlmigu Chokkanatha Swamy Temple is having a certain extent of land in Kulavanigarpuram, Tirunelveli. The petitioner wants to set up a Goshala in the said landed property. The petitioner has given a representation in this regard to the first respondent. It is for the first respondent to take a call in the matter. The first respondent shall take a decision on the petitioner's application within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
