None appeared on behalf of the revision petitioner. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 7 has filed a memo stating that the sole petitioner, namely, T.Soundarrajan died on 08.01.2004. However, till date, no steps have been taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner despite sufficient opportunities were given to the learned counsel for the revision petitioner.

3.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
