O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below directing the petitioner to pay an interim maintenance of Rs.1,500/- to the respondent wife pending disposal of the divorce petition that is pending in I.D.O.P.No.194/2007.

2.The Court below, after considering the facts and circumstances of the case, has fixed an interim maintenance of Rs.1,500/- payable by the petitioner to the respondent wife. 3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the respondent has already filed a suit in O.S.No.87/2008 claiming for maintenance and the property belonging to the petitioner was already attached. The learned counsel submitted that he has no instructions from the petitioner as to whether the interim order that was passed by this Court on 05.10.2012 has been complied with or not.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the interim maintenance that has been fixed by the Court below is reasonable, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the Court below. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
