This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to set aside the order, dated 01.08.2012 made in E.P.No.29/2009 in O.S.No.13 of 2002 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ramanathapuram.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.
