These Revision Petitions coming up for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 27.02.2020 and the requisition letter of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi (Full Additional Charge) District Munsif, Sivakasi, vide letter in D.No.130/2020 dated 12.10.2020, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.I.Velpradeep,Advocate for the Petitioner in CRP(MD).No.2275 of 2011, this Court made the following order :- Accepting the reasons assigned by the learned District Munsif, Sivakasi in his letter dated 12.10.2020, time granted by this Court vide order dated 27.02.2020 in C.R.P.(NPD)(MD)No.2275 of 2011 and C.R.P.(PD)(MD)No.2368 of 2010, to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.26 of 2010 in O.S.No.10 of 2007, is extended by three months from today and no further extension will be granted in future.
