2.The respondent appeared before this Court today in person and submitted that so far no clue is available. Still investigation is kept pending. Every possible steps are taken. At this stage contempt may not lie. The petitioner has to wait for reasonable time. So that the respondent may complete the investigation. It is also informed that special team was also formed to complete the investigation. In spite of the efforts made by the Investigating Officer, no clue is available so far. At the request of the respondent, this Court is inclined to grant further six months time to complete the investigation.

3.Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in this case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
