ORDER

The matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench at the instance of the parties. In the Mediation, the parties have resolved their dispute and entered into a Mediation settlement agreement. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the Mediation agreement reached between the parties and there will be a final decree in terms of the Mediation agreement in O.S.No.114 of 2005 on the file of the District Munsif, Pattukottai. The parties are also present and they have accepted the factum of agreement.

2. In view of the same, the memorandum of Mediation agreement is recorded. The terms of Mediation agreement will form part of the final decree.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of Mediation Agreement. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
