ORDER

Though it has been reported on 11.01.2021 that the first respondent had died, no steps have been taken to bring on record his legal heirs to date. Therefore, the petition as against the first respondent stands abated. Earlier, the civil revision petition has been dismissed as against the Respondents 2 to 5 vide order dated 19.12.2014.

2. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
