This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to set aside the Fair order and Decreetal order passed in I.A.No.2036 of 2010 in O.S.No.143 of 2001 dated 24.06.2011 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Thoothukudi.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the matter has been settled out of Court and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
