This Civil Revision Petition was filed against the order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, dated 09.12.2009, wherein the petitioner had challenged the possession notice dated 18.02.2004 with a delay of 1806 days and the same was rejected.

2. Heard Mr.R.Alagumani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Alaguram Jothi, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It is seen that no interim orders were passed by this Court when the Civil Revision Petition was entertained in the year 2010. Considering the fact that there was an enormous delay of 1086 days in filing the application and the possession notice given in the year 2004 was challenged only in the year 2009, we do not deem it fit to interfere with the order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal and in any case, nothing may survive at this length of time.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No Costs. [J.N.B.,J.] & [N.A.V.,J.] 23.09.2022 Index : Yes/No pm
