ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated 05.01.2011 passed in I.A.No.664 of 2007 in O.S.No.144 of 2007 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Tuticorin. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that in the above suit in question, argument had been advanced and the matter has been reserved for judgment. Though the same has been refuted by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, however, considering the fact that the matter has been argued, nothing survives at this stage for considering the application, which is nothing but the petition challenging the order to implead the proposed parties.
