To prefer this Memorandum of grounds of Second Appeal against the Judgment and Decree dated 17.03.1998 and made in A.S.No.158 of 1997 on the file of the I Additional District Court,(Chief Judicial Magistrate), Trichy confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 19.08.1996 and made in O.S.341 of 1979 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Trichy.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.RAJASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner , the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to permit the petitioner to substitute service by way of paper publication in any of the Tamil Daily in Trichy District in respect of respondents 4 to 6, 10 and 11 in C.M.P.(MD).No.7600 of 2017 in S.A.No.733 of 1998. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to effect service on respondents 4 to 6, 10 and 11 in C.M.P.(MD).No.7600 of 2017 in S.A.No.733 of 1998, by paper publication in any one of the Tamil Daily Newspaper in Trichy District.

4.Post the matter on 18.01.2019.
