To set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 04.11.2017 passed in R.C.A.No.04 of 2015 on the file of Principal Sub Judge, Thanjavur confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 03.06.2015 passed in R.C.O.P.No.04 of 2014 on the file of Learned Rent Controller Authority-cum-District Munsif, Thiruvaiyaru. Prayer in CMP(MD).287/2019 IN CRP(MD)No.SR1163/2018 : To condone the delay of 350 days in representing the above C.R.P.SR.No.1163 of 2018 Prayer IN CRP(MD)No.SR1163/2018:
To set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 04.11.2017 passed in R.C.A.No.05 of 2015 on the file of Principal Sub Judge, Thanjavur confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 03.06.2015 passed in R.C.O.P.No.05 of 2006 on the file of Learned Rent Controller Authority-cum-District Munsif, Thiruvaiyaru. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 350 days in re-presenting the above civil miscellaneous appeals in C.M.A.(MD).SR.Nos.1162 and 1163 of 2018.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions and also considering the length of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to the payment of cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) in each petition to the "Legal Services Authority, attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court", within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically, without any further reference to this Court.
3. These petitions are accordingly ordered.
