This Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal order, passed in I.A.No.598 of 2011 in O.S.No.25 of 2004, dated 05.06.2012 on the file of the Principal District Court, Virudhunagar, Srivilliputhur.

This petition has been filed against the fair and final order passed by the Court below in I.A.No.598 of 2011 in O.S.No.25 of 2004, dated 05.06.2012.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that the main suit itself was dismissed on 19.12.2015.

3. It was also verified by the Registry and found to be correct.

4. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this present Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed.

No costs.
