The learned counsels appearing on either side reported that the Civil Revision Petitions arises out of the orders passed in the interlocutory applications passed pending suit in O.S.No.598 of 2005 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Srivilliputhur. The learned counsels also stated that the suit itself was dismissed as withdrawn in the year 2013.
