When the Civil Revision Petition came up for hearing on 02.01.2020, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and he wrote a letter to the counsel, who is appearing for the petitioner before the lower Court, but, there was no response from him. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition was adjourned by two weeks for taking steps. In spite of granting two weeks' time, no steps have been taken sofar. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
