O R D E R

The petitioner / Respondent / defendant has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order passed in E.A.No.75 of 2012 in E.P.No.22 of 2010 in O.S.No.55 of 2009 dated 26.09.2012 on the file of the Sub-Court, Ambasamudram.

2. The petitioner claims that a review application came to be filed in the year 2013 and the same is said to be unnumbered. Till date, the petitioner has not taken steps to proceed with the same and further, no interim order was granted by this Court in this Civil Revision Petition. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner has taken back the bundle and not responded thereafter.

3. It is seen that the Execution Petition in E.P.No.22 of 2010 in O.S.No.55 of 2009 was ordered by the Court below on 20.03.2012 itself. In such view of the matter, there is no point in keeping this Civil Revision Petition pending at this length of time. Hence, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(NPD)(MD)No.2172 of 2012 this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
