The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 09.12.2011 passed in No.217/A1/2011 on the file of the Deputy Chit Registrar , Cheramahadevi.

He would also submit that in the meanwhile, the matter has been settled between the parties and the entire awarded amount has been paid , hence nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition and thereby this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No cost. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
