When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent who appears for the tenant would submit that the tenant has purchased the property from the revision petitioner and therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this Civil Revision Petition which is directed against the Rent Control proceedings. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
