ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order on this Court dated 21.11.2019, and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Munsif, Sankarankovil, in D.No.262/2021 dated 06/08/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Kadarkarai, Advocate for the petitioner, and this Court made the following order:

The matter is placed before this Court on the letter received from the Court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the O.S.No.307 of 2010.

2. The learned Additional District Munsif, Sankarankovil, had sought for extension of six months and considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this Court feels it appropriate to extend the time by six months and accordingly, it is extended by six months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
