ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct an investigation and dispose of CSR No. 142 of 2025 dated 11.10.2025, on the file of the 2nd respondent police, within a period to be stipulated by this Court.
2. It is submitted that during the pendency of the CSR, the parties have entered into a compromise, pursuant to which the petitioner has received the vehicle and has also given a written statement. In view of the compromise, no further proceedings can be initiated.
3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take a copy of the closure report, as per law.
