Respondents/Respondents/Plaintiffs PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the fair and decreetal order dated 13.07.2011 passed in I.A.Nos.916 of 2010 and 77 of 2011 in O.S.No.397 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pudukkottai, Pudukkottai District.

For Petitioner : No appearance For Respondents : Mr.N.Balakrishnan C O M M ON O R D E R The learned counsel for the petitioner reported 'no instruction' on 01.10.2019 and this Court directed him to take steps to inform the petitioner namely, Annadurai that the matters would be heard on 22.10.2019. When the matters are taken up on 22.10.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo. It is stated in the memo that the learned counsel has already sent a letter to the petitioner on 23.09.2019 and there was no response from the petitioner. Therefore, the Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner and post the matters on 23.10.2019. As per the direction, the petitioner's name is printed accordingly. Even today, neither the petitioner appeared nor has he engaged the services of a counsel.

Further, it is represented that both the respondents have passed away. Steps to bring on record has not been initiated. In these circumstances, it could only be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the revisions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
