By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing.

2. The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide compensation to the petitioner in the case registered as Crime No.429 of 2020 of Nagudi Police Station, Pudukkottai District.

3. Mr.R.Saravana Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) who accepts notice for the respondents I to V contended that the representation given by the petitioner was already considered by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP(MD)No.245 of 2021 the third respondent on 02.11.2020 and recommendation was made to the second respondent / District Collector, Pudukkotai District for payment of compensation to the petitioner.

4. In the facts and circumstances, the second respondent / District Collector, Pudukkotai District is directed to dispose of the petition within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order.

5. With the above observations, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
