ORDER

This matter was earlier heard and the parties were advised to settle the dispute. Accordingly, the learned counsel appearing on either side reported that the matter has been settled out of the Court and the decree is satisfied. Since the decree is satisfied, the execution proceedings have came to an end and there is no scope for prosecuting further in the execution petition and the whole proceedings in execution petition including the order of attachment also became ineffective. In view of the same, this civil revision petition has become infructuous.

2.Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
