This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order made in I.A.No.656 of 2011 in O.S.No.75 of 2009, on the file of the learned District Munsif, Paramakudi, dated 01.12.2011.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the main suit itself was disposed of. The Registry has also confirmed the said fact.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
