2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners on instructions would submit that the delivery was handed over through Court and hence, the matter has become infructuous.

4. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
