PRAYER :- To extend the time for surrendering before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur as per Anticipatory Bail order of this Hon'ble Court in Cr.O.P.(MD). No.15925/2019 by order dated 04.11.2019.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.15925 of 2019, dated 04/11/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, they pray to grant further time to execute the sureties.
